District 228 is excited to announce that we have adopted a new form of school-to-home communication platform called ParentSquare. This platform is designed to keep parents and guardians informed and encourage greater engagement and connection with our schools, while allowing parents to make choices on how and when they want to be contacted.
ParentSquare automatically generates an account for each student and parent, using their preferred email address and phone number. We encourage parents to access their accounts so they can download the mobile app and update their preferences on when and how they are notified.

We had a great week at our Middle School Career Exploration Camp! Campers worked their way through different career modules including sports medicine, veterinary, pharmaceutical, engineering, rocket construction, and graphic design.

The Bremen High School Athletic Department will be running a Double Good Fundraiser to support all athletic teams' ability to use Hudl beginning Monday, June 10th at 5:00pm through Thursday, June 14 @ 5:00pm. Hudl allows us the opportunity to broadcast many of our games, share footage with potential college coaches and to review our games to improve on the field and courts. Please consider purchasing some delicious Double Good Popcorn and helping to support the Braves.

We are looking for incoming 7th & 8th graders to join us at our annual CTE Summer Camps! Explorer BHS' Career Lab and T.V. production lab. Make a shirt, design a poster, fly a drone, learn what it takes to be a sports broadcaster and film producer. Camps are FREE but spots are limited. District 228 Excel Health & Wellness class hosted their annual Spring Market today. Their theme was "Cultivate Kindness." Students used upcycled materials for their projects as well as grew herbs & offered fresh floral arrangements! All items were specifically designed to grow and spread kindness. The Spring Market also offered TEP's handmade cards and ribbon flowers. BHS' Circle Book Club has a long history of supporting the community & celebrating reading for all ages. This month, Circle Book Club chose to donate a mini couch to Mrs. Flannigan's preschool room in BHS.
