QUICK INFO:

• Test results are due by 8:00 pm every Friday. Your name and date should be visible on the test result.

• If your test result comes back positive, please reach out to your building principal for further instruction.

• At any point in time, you may submit proof of vaccination using the Vaccination Verification Form. In order to be considered fully vaccinated, you must have your COVID-19 vaccination card completely filled out (both doses visible if Pfizer or Moderna)
